I feel like another reason why, engineers can struggle to adopt the eye sort of like you know, keeps the brake on, not fully embrace it I don’t think it’s necessarily like kind of fear of losing the job or finding themselves redundant because that’s not the case, what they robably feel and fear is the fact that these, could otentially, essentially remove the part of the job that they like. Because the LLMS is going to write the code. It’s going to do what they really enjoy, what they love about their job, and instead, they’re gonna have to work, to drive the la Lamb as in defining the needs of job. Defining what needs to be done. identifying the problems writing specs. Or at least thinking about what the spec should be. and designing the architecture and all the parts of their job. Then maybe they don’t really like, maybe they feel they’re not good at. Or maybe they just don’t enjoy, not every engineer is the same. everybody like. Or different parts of the job. Different parts of the things, and the important bit here is that they need if they want to fully leverage these tools, they need to understand what this tool is good at and how embracing trying to tell somebody like, you know what? How they should use a tool it’s not necessarily the best way because everybody’s different. So there’s need to be multipole different perspective on what is the right way for somebody you know to still love their job. But the same time leveraging the tools available to become as productive and as good as their job as they could be
